I manage a thrift store on State Route 64 and was having trouble with our bathrooms for a couple of months. I had a couple of other plumbing companies that said the job was too big for them to get to the issues that we were having.One day I was leaving my home across the bridge from Bradenton on my way to work and noticed the Total Drain Solution company truck just a half a block away. I stopped and spoke with the two techs working on that job. The two technicians were very kind and informational. I was so impressed by them! And to discuss the matter further they texted me the phone number of the guy I needed to contact. I called the same day and we had an appointment for the beginning of the week to run a camera through.They were timely, polite and left plenty of information along with letting me know that they would be sending a full report with the pictures from the camera they sent down. They were able to fix one problem andGive me two options for plans of action. And all that was great but what was even more great was they both were happy to be working and could tell it in everything they did and communicated so very well.With all that being said, I will always help to promote Total Drain Solutions! They are going above and beyond our expectations.May God bless this business and huge ways for blessing us at Loving Hands Thrift Store!
