If you are looking to build a new house or remodel we can do it all. No reason to contact 10 different contractors for every phase of your project we can do it all start to finish. I have been working with all my crews for the last 10 years out here in Colorado. Before here i was in Oregon as a GC. We have our own line of cabinetry. We do tons of kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodels around the Denver area. We have lots of references and return clientele. We also do some house flipping with a couple different partners and always interested in doing more. We do the job right the first time and have trustworthy guys that I have been working with for many years and have never had any problems with being in a customer’s house. No shady guys all professionals, know their jobs well. We are licensed, we can pull any permits needed, we have engineers and architects we work with all the time if needed. What is the best waterproof flooring for a basement?

There are several great options for waterproof basement flooring. For example, epoxy floors are waterproof but are thicker and sturdier than paint. Make sure the concrete substrate has been prepared for application. 

Tile is a designer’s dream, giving you a moisture-resistant surface that’s infinitely customizable. Rubber sheets or tiles are also good waterproof options, particularly for playrooms, workout areas or laundry rooms. 

Vinyl tiles and planks imitate wood or other materials very convincingly, provide moisture resistance and last a long time. And sheet vinyl is affordable and a great waterproofing solution for those in need of quick fixes.

I would recommend Daniel anytime. He and his crew stayed on time and on budget for our basement remodel. The quality of work is amazing. It is very hard to get a contractor that is on time, on budget, and has high quality work all in the same project, but Vergara construction delivered on all these areas.

Jose and team did a great job on an unplanned basement remodel. Pricing was fair and they showed up on time and completed the work. Biggest challenge was lead time on materials (that I chose) but they worked around that issue. As always, over communicate to ensure everyone is on the same page. Would definitely work with them again!

John finished our basement and he executed the plan to perfection. He does most of the work himself (except dry wall and complex electrical). Very punctual, very ethical and a perfectionist. He is not the cheapest, but he won’t nickel and dime you either. You get what you pay for… John is very reasonable. I will recommend John without any reservations.

Jose has done several projects for us. First, he remodeled our basement including a beautiful built-in. He was so easy to communicate with, always keeping us in the loop with what was happening. His number one priority is that we were happy with the work and we are so happy we picked him to do it. The project was done sooner than promised and on budget. Most recently he built us a fence. Our fence came out awesome as well. He is also such a kind man and very easy to trust! The guys he has working for him work so hard to get things done fast. I cannot recommend Jose enough and we will definitely be using him for our upcoming projects, He is truly a gem and we feel lucky to have him help update our house! He is the best!!!!

If you're looking for a general contractor, I would encourage you to look elsewhere. I hired Red Earth Construction to finish my unfinished basement. What was quoted as a two month project took 3x longer than expected. Along with that it required an excessive amount of babysitting, follow up, and repetition on my part. In the end I was left with a mess and had to hire additional contractors to finish and fix the work that was "completed" And before Jim responds to this review let me address a few things he will likely include in his reply... Yes, there were holidays. You should have taken these into consideration during the quote and it's not acceptable to have 6 week gaps where no work was done No, I do not care to have your painter come back and fix things.... Again. The previous three attempts only compounded the issues and I was tired of scrubbing paint off every inch of my newly installed floor. By the way, I had too replace light fixtures due to this And while I appreciate your gracious ~2÷ project discount in the end, I spent THOUSANDS more to fix the work I hired you to do I could go on, but overall the Endly family is very nice but extremely poor project managers. Their quote was far from the cheapest so I felt like I was going to get quality work, but that charm wore off quickly. I will not be hiring them again for any future work
