Tyrone was referred to us by a friend who was finishing their basement as well. We were impressed with his knowledge and guidance in finishing basements. He was very responsive in our communication. He provided exactly what we were wanting in our basement. He made sure that everything was to our liking. We are enjoying it so much!

We really liked Ty’s basement design and work quality. It came out some beautiful that we would strongly recommend AVH builders, Ty and his team for any home improvement projects.

Tyrone finished our basement and we could not be happier with how it turned out. His design was perfect for our family and he listened to exactly what we were looking for. We talked to a few different companies and they kept trying to change the space to include more things like a kitchenette and exercise room and we really weren’t looking for anything like that. So when Tyrone came in and showed us his design, it was perfect and exactly what we asked for. He was very patient and understanding when we changed a few things last minute. He was really great with communication and letting us know when the next trade would be coming in and what exactly they would be doing. All the people he worked with and brought into our home were very respectful and easy to work with. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for finishing or remodeling a basement.

We had our basement in Parker finished through AVH Builders in 2021. Tyrone was responsive and provided an outstanding design. Buildout was quick and the quality is fantastic! We included a full theater quality audio system which is one of Tyrone’s specialties. We’re thrilled with the outcome and wish the rest of our house looked this good!
