Photos turned out well and they're good people but my main gripe is the lack business sense for the customer. Marvin took almost a month to send me my pictures even after he told me he just had to do a few edits and they'd be back to me "pretty quickly". I had to call, text and voicemail on three occasions across a month of time to get my photos, I really almost thought he ran off with my money. Marvin was also not very upfront about the shoot price. He asked me what range I was expecting but I had to ask what the final price would be before he left, like he could of ran off and left me with a high final bill. Overall they're good talented people but their lack of business sense made this process frustrating for the customer.
