Hired Hardy and he canceled on me hours before our session saying he had booked another client. We had agreed on pricing and timing and were pending his advice for additional location (I had informed him I’d like to start at my hotel). Terrible customer service, ruined my chances to register moments of my baby moon.

You're absolutely right, and I take full responsibility for the situation. I just wanted to share a few details from my perspective. Our initial text conversation was at 4:34 PM, where I mentioned that I was in my car and unable to set up a location for the session at that moment. At 6:35 PM, I followed up to ask for your location preferences and to confirm the details. I then waited for over two hours for a response, which finally came at 10:38 PM. In the meantime, I received other job offers. I still waited for you, but ultimately, I accepted another opportunity. As you may recall from our earlier conversation, my rates were significantly above your budget—more than double. You had asked if there was room for negotiation, and I had declined. Given the delay in response, I assumed that you may have found another photographer within your budget, which is completely understandable and something that happens often in this industry. I appreciate the conversation and hope there are no hard feelings. Wishing you all the best with your project!

Hardy's work is soulful, expressive, and he's able to capture the personalities of his subjects delightfully. I hired him for my son's & dil's intimate mountain top ceremony and we barely noticed his presence. Hardy was not obtrusive, he knew how to work with and around people and didn't ask too many questions. We would definitely rehire!
