Steve did an excellent job installing my 50 gallon Rheme hot water heater. He arrived right on time, he was very professional, and he did great work. It took about 2 hours for the install and he gave me the lowest price out of all the other offers. Overall I am very happy with the experience. Had an awesome experience with Balkan Plumbing tonight. Water heater went out, posted a description of the job (replace blown out water heater with an upgraded 75 gal unit), received a great quote in minutes, they explained everything in regards to bringing the unit up to code, and they did a phenomenal job on the installation! I have several rentals around Denver Metro and do a lot of the work myself so I know craftsmanship when I see it. I'll be switching to them for my plumbing needs in future!!!

Excellent job done. Only good things to say about these guys! Both Nate and Pete were very punctual, extremely professional and they knew what they were doing. I had them rebuild the platform my water heater sat on ina closet and also had them Re-install the water heater. They completed the task in a few hours and They were also reasonably priced compared to other contractors. One of the most important things to me was their responsiveness throughout the hiring process. They didn't get tired of my questions or concerns. I'll def hire them again.

We had a very old water heater and knew it was getting time to replace it. Dr Drains came out on a Sunday and confirmed what i already knew. They were willing to complete the work on that Sunday but the water tank was not in stock. The next day they returned and completed the install in less than two hours. The work completed was outstanding. The instruction provided on the new system was very detailed, i was comfortable knowing the product and work i received was top notch. Great experience and customer service. I was in need of a new hot water heater. They were able to come out in the morning and gave me a very reasonable quote compared to others I had quote the same project. The installation tech was there a little later than expected but same day. Unfortunately he had to leave for a family emergency but the owner called and offered to come out and finish the job himself, same day. Very satisfied with the installation and the customer service. On Saturday we discovered our hot water heater was leaking, with the holiday approaching we realized we needed it replaced and fast. Dimitar was one of the first to respond to our thumbtack post, he was professional on the phone, available to install it the next day (a Sunday). On Sunday, he let us know he could arrive an hour earlier than scheduled which worked out great. Upon arrival, he was courteous, fast, informative and even went out of his way to clean up.
