Great services, prompt responses and reasonable prices. Rizvan and the team cleaned our duct vents and helped check our dryer's vent. They didn't charge for the dryer but helped cleaned the mesh outside the wall. They explained their services and the tools to us nicely before they take actions. Definitely recommend their services.

Daniel came to my house on time and did a fantastic job on cleaning and sanitizing all the air vents in my apartment. Looked at all the ducts we got away from the vents in the photos below. He also helped us check the problem with one of our air vents in the master bedroom. He checked our fans very throughly and explained to us the causes patiently. Rizwan & Alex did a great job in fixing the dryer vent for me. They cleaned it fully and then also suggested replacing the metal duct pipe behind the behind the dryer with a flex pipe. They replaced it for me too. Thomas was great as fixing at the appointment and then checking in after the appointment. Rizwan and Alex were very well mannered and courteous.

I would highly recommend Bay Services! They came in and cleaned out the ducts in my home. They were really knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. I was very impressed with how clean they left my home after removing all the dust and debris that came out of the venting system. This was my first time using Thumbtack, so I did not know what to expect. I initially looked through Yelp and Google search for someone to clean my dryer vent and check my dryer booster fan. The people on yelp and google quoted me high price ranges and also weren't available until weeks out. After being exhausted calling and discussing prices and dates for quotes, I tried the Thumbtack app & I got a response within 10 minutes and availability within the day to clean my dryer vent and also check my dryer booster fan. I tried cleaning my dryer vent myself with tools I bought online, but it caused more issues with my dryer as it took 2-3 more cycles to warm clothes from the washer. When I tried troubleshooting myself to fix, I felt the outflow outside of the vent was warm, but no air was blowing out when the dryer was on. Additionally, my dryer booster fan wasn't running. Bay Services informed me they could inspect and clean the dryer vent within the day, so I was glad there was an availability since I wanted this fixed as soon as possible. When they arrived, they were very courteous, professional, and knowledgable about my dryer vent and dryer booster fan issues. In short, they cleaned the dryer vent thoroughly from the inflow and also the outflow outside where the air went out. They also inspected the dryer booster fan and made sure it was functioning. They also supplied a new dryer duct connector to replace my old one which was crumpled. Bay Services also provided tips to maintain upkeep of my dryer which was also very much appreciated. I tested my dryer the following morning and behold, only 1 cycle and the clothes were very warm. My Dryer Booster Fan was also running. Success. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with the quality and attention to detail with Bay Services services. I would definitely contact Bay Services if I run into any dryer vent issues in the future in addition to recommending them to anyone who needs help with their dryer vents, dryer booster fans, or any other services Bay Services provides.

I hired ESI to clean crawl space, remove animal droppings, sanitize, seal vents, repair damaged duct, maintain A/C and etc. so full package and paid $$$.
Expected: get a completely clean crawl space.
Actual: A week later after his visit I decided to check the crawl space since I smelled something, so I found a mummified carcass near new pipe.
I called Shlomi and he removed it. I asked to check the other space 2 or 3 times, just in case. He reported that everything was fine.
Today - I had to crawl to do some wiring - so I found 2 mummified carcasses in far conner (It was pretty clear that it was not new) (animal droppings were not surprise after that)

My new dryer had the auto flow sense indicator that made me feel cautious about the dryer duct. I thought it would cost a lot and such a hassle to find a decent service/contractor, so dropped a message Saturday midnight on Thumbtack to give it a try; then, received two replies on Sunday early morning.
I ended up deciding to go with Bay Services since it had more reviews, Thomas responded to my few questions right away and offered the service on the same day. I received the quote from the other place after, surprised to know Bay Services' price was more competitive too.
Jumped to the outcome, Vusal and Tengiz came along. They both were very polite. Vusal asked me some questions and permission to get on the roof to find the duct opening. Voila! he found it and started cleaning. Literally, in only 25 minutes or less, everything was done!!! (Oh, I did go outside to see their work, tons and tons of lint flew out.) I was pretty happy and thought that was it. Vusal came down to explain and asked if I had any other questions. I felt I was so respected and valued as a precious customer, although my job was so little. Anyway, I will hire Bay Services again soon for my vent cleaning job. Pretty satisfy their work!
