Contacted MDP Heating & Cooling via Thumbtack on 1/21/25 around 11:00am sending info about my furnace problem. He responded immediately & was available to come inspect the furnace between 2:00-4:00pm. He arrived promptly at 2:00pm giving me an advanced text saying he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem, checked for replacement parts availability & provided a quote. I agreed to move forward with a 10% deposit paid that day. He was available the next morning 1/22/2025 at 9:00am. He arrived shortly before 9:00am & immediately began the repair replacing the inducer motor & pressure switch. It was determined after that the control board also needed replacing. A quick call determined the part was available so he left & returned promptly at 2pm. After replacing all 3 parts the furnace started working again (YAY)! He proceeded to provide an additional maintenance & cleaning service of the furnace (extra fee). He completed the work by 3:30pm. I HIGHLY recommend MDP for their responsiveness, punctuality, work quality, professionalism & friendliness. I paid a fraction of the cost to repair (under $1700) for a 30yr. old furnace than to replace with a new $7-8K furnace. It was easy doing business with MDP & even has a Zelle payment option. They deserve 5 stars & will definitely use them again for any HVAC issues. Thank you for a great experience!

Great service, very knowledgeable and very professional. I contacted 6 companies, this is the ONLY company that took the time to explain the issue and gave me options. William is an excellent communicator and responded efficiently. He suggested some advice on how we can improve our HVAC performance. We already booked a maintenance appointment with him.
