Sam Hakimi and his team at Aire Serv are the most professional, fair, and honest people who anyone would be lucky to do business with. My family and I was having to live without cool air for about 4 weeks, because our A/C went out and I was in a bind worried about the cost of repair vs. the cost of having to buy a new unit. I had an HVAC company, Service Champions, come out and they were rude and dismissive. It also felt like more of a sales pitch to make me buy something vs. helping me understand my options.Aire Serv came out and immediately Sam made me feel at ease. He openly and with full transparency discussed my options and although it was a major purchase, he and his team showed me a lot of understanding and patience! They made this into a situation where if I had to make a big purchase, I knew I was making the right decision with them.Now, theres no other company I will do business with. Because of their loyalty and professionalism, they will always have my business! Thanks Sam and Aire Serve!
