Ilya was great! We hired him to take photos for our sons bday party and he captured great moments. The picture quality was amazing and he gave us our photos right after the event ended. He is a great photographer and very professional. I recommend him!

I do not recommend this company. Or let other people risk thier event and money with this company. otherwise you'll gonna get dissapointment in the End. We hired them for our wedding to do photography and videography together with drone footage. For May 6, 2023. 2 months before our wedding
we had a meeting with kawser i think he is the CEO he promised to take care of our event and because we saw that he was professional and they have proffesional equipment we trusted that they can do the event photography and video very well. We gave a down payment to reserve the date of our event. but after they received the downpayment, they didn't even have any communication, instead we are the ones who keep sending emails to follow up the status and what to do. until their manager, Maggie, set a meeting for our event where it was only 1 week and it's the wedding Day. We talked for around 10 minutes about the event and told us to email a samples of pictures and videos that we wanted to make for our ceremony, reception and all the picturials . we sent everything what they needed. They sent me our contract which promised everything we talked about would be done which is the Drone footage 200 edited pictures and 7min edited videos and all RAW footage. and after that meeting they never communicated again. they just messaged thru whatsapp group that they made the day before the wedding.
the wedding day. the photographer they sent didn't know what he needed to do he did not have any Idea of what me and my fiance talked about in our meeting with Maggie about the plan of photograhy and even the videoghrepher. they said they are just hired them the day before our wedding so they are so not prepared. for God Sake! we plan our wedding with them 2 and half months. and they send people who didn't even prepare and don't know what to do. we treated thier people professionally with free food the same as like our visitors.
We waited for the result 2 months. And that we are so so dissapointed with the result , most of the videos are blurred and very short and not even 5 minutes long, the Drone footage was missing the 7 minutes videos they didn't even looks like taken or edited by a professional. I emailed Maggie thier manager about my dissapointment and we only got an Appology and she made some changes for the editing which i requested and she forwarded as to thier success manager Valentina.
They give us an option if we wanted to have another photo shoot free of cost. or refund of $200. None of that actually worked for us since they had already messed up and had a horrible result of the most precious moment of our lives. We chose to get a $200 refund that after 3 weeks we are still waiting that they will send it back. Maybe it will take 2-3 months again to be refunded.

We hired Ivy and Mark for our wedding and we couldn’t be happier with them. They were truly a dynamic duo. I had an initial phone call with Ivy before booking where she asked what I was looking for and answered all my questions. It definitely made me feel at ease and comfortable when I booked.
Before the wedding, we did an engagement photo session with them and they walked us through a lot of different poses to get us comfortable in front of the camera. Before the photoshoot, Ivy sent through a super helpful style guide to us prepare for the session.
Another thing I appreciated was how we were able to go through the timeline of the wedding ahead of time and on the day of the wedding, they helped keep us on track with the schedule of events. They literally went above and beyond their job description from supplying extra equipment for our sweetheart table at the reception to pretty much doing some wedding coordinator tasks.
As for the photo quality, it was exactly what I was looking for. I had communicated to Ivy before I booked that I wanted a lighter tone to the photos. Despite the weather being gloomy and rainy on the day of the wedding, they were able to capture the photos with incredible lighting.
Overall, you can’t go wrong with Ivy and Mark. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They were friendly, professional, punctual and super accommodating. I also love that their prices are affordable as well. 5 stars from me!
