Ivy did a great job with our photos. She was professional, personable, and made us feel at ease. We booked Ivy months in advanced over the phone for our wedding photos. Then a couple of months prior to our wedding, Ivy reached out and offered a free engagement session as she was offering that to customers who booked them for six hours or more. We appreciated the nice gesture as we had booked prior to her promotion offering. We were so busy planning but so glad that we took advantage of the engagement session as that was the first time we met Ivy and Mark in person and we also had a chance to discuss what we wanted to capture in our photos. Both Ivy and Mark were very pleasant, professional and most importantly, you can tell they take pride in the quality of their work, and they really want to make their photos and their subjects shine. We had a lot of activities on our wedding day, including lion dancers, and they were on top of everything, capturing every moment, which was evident in their photos. I also had a request to take some night time photos at the arch, and they made that happen with special lighting preparations. Ivy and Mark are truly a great team to work with and we highly recommend them! It’s rare these days to find people who really care about their customers like Ivy and Mark does!
