Our dishwasher wasn’t draining and I’d called a few places as it may have been a plumbing or appliance issue. The plumbers don’t fix appliances and appliance people don’t do any plumbing. When I reached out to Clear Path, they said that they could do both-yay! Clear Path came over, troubleshooted and fixed the problem all under an hour. They gave us a quote but because they didn’t have to do something more laborious as expected, they dropped the price a little. I’ll be calling them again for plumbing needs. Thanks again!

I think Bay Pro Plumbing is geared more towards one time quick tasks than an on going professional relationship.
Their initial quote for my job was: $1250, when I asked for a break down they said they would charge $150 for changing the wax seal, $300 for moving a faucet outlet and $800 to change the shower cartridge (or fixture). I asked them to do the first two tasks and leave the last as I felt I might be able to handle that at a later time.
The person who was there decided that it was not worth their time and left without doing any of the tasks :).
After a day of thinking about it... I am glad they didn't work on it... and I got an opportunity to look for someone else who was more suitable.

Stephan the plumber took care of us immediately by crawling under the house, and doing an inspection very very professional, and explained in full detail of what was going on with the plumbing and told us the issue right away after diagnosing the problem. We set up for another day to get the actual work done so we have an idea of what to except for costs!! Stephan he actually cares about the customer and said that he will give us an invoice for home warranty so that I can possibly get the fees taken care of by my home warranty. Also Stephan point out a couple of tasks that need to be addressed before getting the project done first but overall Stephan is excellent and very humble and courteous and professional and very helpful cost was reasonable price!!!

I absolutely do not recommend Stephen for any plumbing job. Despite seeing numerous positive reviews, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. My issue was an overflow from the backyard drain, which I initially thought was due to a clog. However, the drain system is designed to overflow into a storm drain, something any competent plumber should know and clarify upfront. Instead, Stephen charged me $350 under the false pretense that the overflow could be stopped. Later, he upped the cost to $650, claiming there was a clog inside the backyard outlet, and then conveniently ‘discovered’ roots in the pipe, suggesting a complete pipe system replacement. Yes, roots may be present, but my primary concern from the beginning was the water overflow from the outside drain – a drain that is literally designed to overflow. So why was the work even started? This feels like nothing more than an attempt to complicate the situation, scare me into unnecessary work, and inflate costs. In my opinion, this is a classic bait-and-switch tactic and an unethical business practice. Avoid at all costs.
