Throughout the project, I maintain open communication, provide progress updates, and address any concerns. After completion, I ensure customer satisfaction and offer any necessary follow-up support.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been doing plumbing for over 25 year, and to this day biggest joy is know i have made another customer happy build a new relathipship with them. I have completed specialized courses and workshops focused on plumbing techniques, codes, and regulations. I regularly stay updated with industry advancements and participate in professional development opportunities. This combination of formal education, practical training, and continuous learning equips me with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in my work.
