I first reached out in January, but she was out of my price range. Today I was looking for someone to prepare my documents. I didn’t recognize her name, thumbtack sends mass requests at a time, because I didn’t recognize her name the request went through. She called me and I explained to her that I’ve started the process but I need someone to continue only for her to starts shouting at me over the phone that I’m dragging my feet and costing her money. It was so jarring I immediately hung up. I was going to move on only for her to send me a message telling me to send the documents and that there’s a fee for review. After everything that transpired over the phone I didn’t intend to use her but I sent a respectful message letting her know to be mindful of how she spoke to people as she didn’t know what they were going through (I’ll include a screenshot). And that’s when she started threatening to report me to thumbtack and the authorities.

I never claimed we knew each other, in fact I made it clear we didn't. My point still stands you're rude and unbelievably unprofessional. Even your response to my honest review proves that, I never asked for free service and no need to lie about jurisdiction because I know all about jurisdiction, I live In California and you operate your business in California what then is the jurisdictional discrepancy? also if you don't know me as you claim how come you all of a sudden remember that the case is in another region. ps: clearly a lie since my divorce is already filed in California court. Just admit you made a mistake and that you're not infallible. No one is, not me and certainly not you. This review is a reminder to treat all your clients kindly even the people with "LIMITED MEANS".
Finally congratulations on wasting your time responding only to say a whole bunch of nothing. these messages are not private it's a conversation on THUMBTACK of which I'm one party, you being the other and thumbtack being the third . this is gonna be my last response to this matter so from here on you can say what you like but you know the truth and so do i.
