I am part owner of a commercial property in Los Angeles. We were first referred to Hackler Flynn & Associates to review a vendor contract. A few months later we ran into some difficult issues with a tenant. Having already established a relationship with Hackler Flynn, we reached out to them to represent us. Beyond being very pleased with the outcome, it was the process itself that stands out. After meeting to go over the issues in detail, we were then presented with various options. Once a plan of action was established, Hackler Flynn & Associates handled everything; we no longer had to deal with the tenant directly, yet we were kept informed each step of the way and they were responsive to any questions and concerns we had.
