My lawyer was milking me for 18 months with no court date in sight. After talking to Katherine I fired my lawyer with her help. Two weeks later I have a court date and my ex wants to settle. 60 days later I am divorced. She is precise, fast and accurate. She is super knowledgeable too. The LDA fees for an uncontested divorce range between $900.00 and $1,350.00 for an uncontested divorce. The LDA fees do not include the $450.00 court filing fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a phone call to discuss your situation. If you decide to hire me, I will send you a contract and intake sheet to complete/sign and return. The documents are pdf fillable and docusign so you do not need to print anything.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 24 years experience in Family Law working as a paralegal/LDA. I am licensed and bonded in the county of Riverside.
