Megan's got a team and I was very happy to work with Ryan. The job was to pre-screen applicants for a service job. Ryan called and spoke with applicants presenting my strongest needs and listened closely for quality in job-fit, communication skills, availability. Then gave me feedback on the strongest candidate. I was so happy to have this drudgery shouldered by a virtual assistant, freeing up my time and headspace. He handled paperwork in the background, I hired someone and so far it's smooth sailing. I've used prior virtual assistants who didn't have the smooth integration that communicates the asst is on my team. Highly recommended.
