Ever Plumbing service is excellent. I had a kitchen sink drain backing up issue. The detailed job done by Ever plumbing helped to fix the issue but also the level of effort his team put to resolve the issue shows the ownership. He used his camera to show us the clogged drain and helped clean the mess which was much appreciated. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues!

Jerry arrived within 30mins of contacting him on the app, and was able to unclog our kitchen sink equally promptly. He was courteous and explained how we can prevent drain build-ups in the future and what products to use for periodic maintenance. Before leaving, Jerry cleaned up everything and also inspected under the crawl space for any potential drainage leaks. Highly recommended for professional service and reasonable pricing.

Incompetent and Dishonest - this is the characterization of the work done by this plumber at our house. While I am not experienced in plumbing, there were many gaps and level of confidence or knowledge that were presented. And the amount I paid was the full quoted amount - so I was not prepared for this person cutting corners.
One of the pieces of work performed is the unclogging of the kitchen drain. When he put the pipes back together, one of the joints was leaking. The solution suggested was to keep a container below instead of fixing it. The second alternative is we can bring a replacement pipe which could fix it - but he would not get the part, wait for us to get the part, and would charge 150$ separately to fix the leak that started after he put together the pipe at the end of the job. This experience has not occurred ever before and generally plumbers get the parts from the store and charge us the actuals. And on top of it - putting the pipes back together and ensuring it is not leaking was not covered in his work or warranty as per him. Finally after applying a bit of white liquid, the leak stopped temporarily but we knew it wouldnt hold and indeed it started leaking the next day again. Completely dishonest and incompetent as a plumber.
Some other instances occurred as well: He brought in a longer drain snake and tried operating it but did not know how to operate properly. So had to resort to a shorter cleaning method and it was still slow drainage but he didnt fix the issue completely - just partially while taking the full quoted amount. He also didnt have everything needed and took cloth towels from us to clean his tools. While paper towels are not a problem, if he needed cloth towels to perform his work, should have gottent it.
Another part was Garbage disposal replacement with a unit I had already bought. No issues with the install - however he initially mentioned that the brand is not compatible although it was a different model in same brand. I looked up on the search that it indeed was compatible. And he tried taking the leftover parts of the new disposal, which I had to stop him saying I would need those. And in the process, left a dirty mess around the kitchen floor when he left.
Finally - got the receipt of the amount paid after more than a week - and that is hand written on a notebook paper, and incomplete [was not for the full amount paid). So would never go with this person again - for being unprofessional, incompetent, and dishonest.
