Sal was willing to explain his approach to replacing the shower fixture. His price was reasonable. He was on time and very thorough. Sal pointed out a leak near the shutoff valve and I was already aware. I plan to have him do the repair and Sal is now my favorite plumber. I finally found a plumber I can trust.

Sal and his teammate came when they said they'd come to gives us an estimate and to do the work. He explained clearly (1) the problem with our shower [no water coming out at all], and the low water pressure in the two other showers; and (2) the proposed solution to these problems. We hired them to fix our main problem which was the lack of water in the main shower and they delivered! They fixed the problem, and cleaned the work area thoroughly when they were done. It took them longer than they expected but only because they needed to do a quick visit to the local hardware store to get additional materials -however, they maintained us informed as to why it was taking them longer. They were professional, communicative, and did a fantastic job. Thank you both!!!
