Bennett Y. says, "Ernesto and his father Ernesto, Sr — yes, it’s a family business! — were exemplary. I had a plumbing emergency — a 25+ year old toilet that decided to stop working on one of the more crucial weekends of my life. I rushed to Thumbtack to find a plumber who could come ASAP, sent out several desperate SOS's, and Ernesto responded to my emergency plea within minutes. Not only that, he was at my home very quickly, keeping me informed where he was and what his ETA would be. It turned out the problem was far more than just my elderly toilet — the pipes beneath the house where I’ve rented for 25 years and the main line coming in from the street were riddled with roots from two huge trees in my patio. The plumbing job ended up being extensive but the two Ernestos were incredibly devoted, committing several days — often staying much later than when they would normally have quit for the night — to take care of everything that needed to get done. They made sure to constantly keep myself and my landlord (who lives behind me) upraised about the costs, how the work was progressing, how much longer it would take, etc. They could not have been more professional as well as more personable. I have nothing but raves for Ernesto and Ernesto. 5 out of 5 stars!"See more

They assessed the situation carefully, explained everything clearly, and used top-of-the-line equipment to tackle the problem. The hydro-jetting service was impressive. It blasted everything out, and it even got out some disgusting grease buildup.They did a before and after camera inspection as well and showed me live footage from inside the line with their camera. He was very up front with his price when inquired over the phone for the annual maintenance for our Noritz tankless water heater along with changing of a new filter. Chosed 3 companies last Jan.5, 2024, for a job to be done last Jan. 9, 2024. He texted and called me within 20 minutes or so on a Sunday evening. I was very impressed with his punctuality. This trait is surely a mindset of a business owner who wants to serve his customer and, in due time, will be successful. He came to our place and did the annual tankless maintenance along with the changing of the new filter. In fact, he adjusted the placement of our existing filter that was horribly installed by the previous plumber without extra cost🙌. He also checked our existing PRV ( pressure reducing valve) and he explained to me that it has to be replaced ASAP, in order to prevent any property damage related to water pressure, which by the way, was well explained to me in a very layman's terminology. It's great to learn something new! Overall, I was very happy with his work and will highly recommend him to my friends, neighbors, and family.
