- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is flat rate. Meaning if you sign for $100.00 you pay $100.00 and we never start any work before it is approved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon arrival, we like to introduce ourselves and begin building trust and confidence. After asking permission to enter, we kindly ask to be directed to the plumbing problem. We will diagnose and provide options for a solution. Once an option is approved, work is ready to start immediately. What’s everything is done in the workers to the customer satisfaction payment is collected upon completion and we think you for your business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a state licensed, journeyman level service and repair plumber. I have had 21 years of field and operational experience. I have attended multiple client care courses and management training courses. I am tankless water heater, residential water treatment, and “competent person and confined space” certified.
