Felipe goes above and beyond in diagnosing and addressing the root of the problem not just the cosmetic aspects. For years we have dealt with our kitchen sink backing up and leaks under the sink, but not anymore. Felipe showed me how the original contractor failed to properly slope our drain causing the problem and offered a solution meant to last for years to come.
I also followed Felipe’s advice regarding two leaking faucets that I asked him to evaluate. Again he not only swapped out the faucets, but connected new water lines as well.
I appreciated the time Felipe took to show me what was wrong and to make no pressure recommendations. I will be calling on him again should I need plumbing advice/work.
