The team was very professional and took care to not damage anything while moving the old water heater in spite of a location that had its challenges. We are anxiously awaiting the next phase of replacing 2 furnaces and an air conditioner. Unfortunately the furnaces ae back ordered and we have been without an air conditioner during this extremely hot weather. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

The gentleman from Albert name And who visited today was extremely helpful. I need some maintenance work and he diagnosed it and recommended. I order parts so they could install them very helpful. Great service thank you for everything. Ill keep in touch.

The technician that came to my house was really knowledgeable, explaining many details I wasn't aware of. One of the most mystifying was that he explained that although the product number of my York heater designated the unit as variable speed, the cards in the heater were not. That explains why, when I ordered new cards to replace the old, they didn't match. He also suggested I would be wasting my time replacing components in a 20 year-old furnace. Lastly, he suggested I replace the heater with a 60,000 BTU unit, since I was only using 5 registers.So I'm really grateful to have had his expertise, and I'm indebted to Nachman for providing that.
