Gave 3 stars because the door actually swings well now. However in fixing the door they scuffed the interior wall, ruined the floor at the threshold, left the new threshold scuffed, cut the door sweep so the bronze sweep is chrome colored at both ends. Left the seal short so light (and bugs come in). Cut off the bottom of the door and then hung the door sweep so there is space between it and sweep. And to add insult to injury charged over $900.

ProStar doors was great to work with. They were very responsive and had a tech come out for an estimate quickly. Their work was great, they adjusted and resealed all of my exterior doors and they did a great job. I highly recommend them for any of your door needs.

I hired ALLFIX to fix my patio sliding door. Ihar was very prompt in his response. I’ve had a problem with the patio door for several months now. Two previous handymen told me to change the whole patio sliding door, which cost $$$. Ihar, on the other hand, was able to fix the problem in no time and saved me a lot of money and headaches by replacing the door. On top of that, he went above and beyond to fix a few issues with the screen door. Overall, the quality is OUTSTANDING!!! I’ll definitely would hire him again for all future needs.

Adjusting front door and changing weather stripping. ADjusting an outer door that was scraping the tile. Very easy to schedule. Work was very well done. Ray is a perfectionist and I like that about him. They even reached out to the door manufacturer to get a custom piece of weather stripping required for the front door. Ray had his wife go to the manufacturer and pick up pieces and bring to myhouse so they could get the job scheduled as planned.

I wished to replace my front-entry doors, which are wooden double-doors. I wanted them replaced with wrought-iron double-doors. I found an out-of-state manufacturer with very special doors at attractive prices. I used ThumbTack to get referrals of door installers and ProStar Doors came up as a match. I contacted their office manager, Tanya Mucci, and explained the above and asked if they installed wrought-iron doors. She said "yes." She then asked a salesperson, Don Benner, to come to my home to make measurements and give a quote. I explained the above to Mr. Benner.
Mr. Benner arrived on May 10th and made door measurements. I showed him the door I wanted to order and told him that I needed to know how much "wiggle-room" they wanted. Doors are typically made a half-inch smaller so that you can insert them in the opening for the door. Mr. Benner quickly shifted gears and tried to sell me his doors instead. These were twice as expensive as the ones I wanted and were very plain. I told Mr. Benner that I wanted to order the door that I had found on my own. He said he would ask the installer how much wiggle-room he wanted so I could order the door.
3 days pass and I heard nothing. I contacted Tanya on May 13th and asked her if she knew anything. She only said Mr. Benner was out sick for the past 3 days and she knew nothing. 5 more days go by and nothing. I contacted her again and she said Mr. Benner had COVID but was working on getting the owner involved and they will contact me.
On May 19th Mr. Benner e-mailed to say they were turning down the job because his installer lacked the skills to do the job. Apparently he has the skills to install his company's own doors but not others even though the doors are the same size and material. And his company was told from the get-go what the project was. Even worse, neither Mr. Benner nor the staff informed me that he had COVID and we were exposed! Irresponsible company! It’s all about money. They want the profit from selling you their doors and aren’t content with the profit from the installation alone. And they exposed me and many other customers to COVID and didn’t have the decency to tell us so we could get tested and take action. And they wasted two weeks of my time and lied to me about their reasons. Why didn’t they tell me right away that they can’t install these doors? They can but simply used that as their excuse.

He cut the hinge templates the wrong radius on the door. Said he did not have the proper tool. He should of let me know that before doing the job, Now my hinges have gaps around all the hinges. about 1/4 inch. Horrible, now I;m moving that door from another door so we don't see the horrible gaps. would not recommend

Justin is a very nice guy and responded quickly. He was to replace our front door (with frame.) he offered a great price. He was able to put the new door in, but could not level it properly so we had someone else come and finish the leveling and finish up work. He was willing to revise his quote down based on that, which I appreciated. Overall, I recommend Justin for other tasks, just not for front door replacement.

Jacob was very nice and responded quickly. I wanted to seal my front door better as I had felt a draft over winter. After assessing the door, he could find no fault. He didn't charge me for a service call but accepted $20 bucks for gas.
