You get what you pay for, I am flexible. And I am not trying to retire off your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call, free estimate( listen to customers needs). Give ideas. Agree on price, order/install materials. Final punch. Follow up call to make sure everything is operating properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carpenters Union local 408. Everything else was hands-on and working with several grumpy old men that were very good at cracking the whip.
