Overall, the quality of work was very good. Punctual and professional. However, be advised that they charge a $75 (non-refundable) fee to provide an estimate, but put towards your total if you hire them. I didn’t receive it back and had to remind them after I was invoiced. The deception in this is that there is also a $60 trip charge (that I was not informed about until I questioned the invoice) to come and complete the job. Gouging the customer through double charging is not good business. The initial estimate was for two different jobs and only 1 was completed and little more than 1/2 of the estimated labor was used, but the bill was 80% of the original estimate.

Great to hear Ken did a great job on the quality of work. We do charge an assessment fee and do credit it back once the job is booked. It was an honest mistake and was missed on the final invoice and I do apologize. In our estimates we provide, it does include a trip charge and it is on the estimate that we send in writing. We have no intentions of gouging and being upfront with our pricing and do not double charge. Our estimate that we provided was only for our labor and materials were extra. Thank you again for having us out.
