I recently hired Kachina Contracting in Mesa, Arizona to install a Milgard V300 sliding glass door in my home. The existing space was originally a single entry door, so it required modification to fit the new sliding door. From the start, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. They handled the modification seamlessly, ensuring a perfect fit for the new glass door. Additionally, they took care of the necessary stucco, electrical and drywall repair, leaving everything looking immaculate. The installation was done efficiently, and the quality of work was top-notch. Cory and Hannah came to my house to take measurements of my broken door and send an estimate to me. Their prices were fair and they didnt try to overcharge me with all kinds of added extras because I told them I just needed a new door because mine had been damaged and I couldnt use it. Their communication with me before installation was great when the door was delayed by the manufacturer. On installation day, Emilio was very professional and knew what he was doing to make sure the door was hung correctly. There was a slight difference in door size vs. what was measured but he was able to cut out drywall to get the frame to fit. The final product looks great! (We painted the frame.)My only suggestion for improvement is to have more consistent response time from initial visit to contract signing to scheduling for installation because I did have to wait several days or repeat inquiries. Texting seemed faster than email or through the portal.

Needed new windows and they did a great job of walking me through the process from start to finish. My new windows have helped tremendously with my energy efficiency and they do a quick and easy install. I highly recommend them if you are looking to upgrade your home!

Very flexible with scheduling and the work performed was top notch. Needed 30 standard sheet rock installed in my 2 story home with level 5 texture and couldnt even tell the drywall was replaced. Definitely recommended!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a measure, during the measure we will go over options with the customer on what product they would like installed. After getting everything priced out, I send out an estimate of what we have discussed and the customer signs the contract and makes the first deposit. We only take material deposits upfront.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified Thermatru Door Installers. We are also accredited with the BBB and have an A rating! Each installer has at least 5+ years experience in the door and window trade!
