Wow where do I start? Rob and the Zam Fam Plumbing Company were extraordinary. We had a plumbing emergency and making an appointment online for the same day was so easy. Even after the appointment was made and confirmed, Rob texted me so that I had his mobile number in case I needed to contact him prior to our appointment. He showed up on time and was incredibly friendly and professional the entire time. He fixed all our immediate plumbing issues (there were several) in a timely manner and the price for everything was so reasonable and fair. As we know that we will need to make additional repairs/replacements in the near future, he also spent time inspecting every water source and thoughtfully walking us through in detail everything we needed to know to prioritize what we need to do moving forward. We are so blessed that we found this company and I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing issues, even if it means keeping their number on speed dial for emergencies.
