Dean Savidge says, "My father in law's water heater went out in the middle of winter. 1-800 Plumber was not the vendor that originally installed the heater but they came out right away and gave him a quote for a repair. The part that was needed was under warranty from the original installer so it was going to take over 2 weeks to get the repair done. I called 1-800 plumber and spoke to a wonderfully helpful person named Mckaylee (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and she was able to make arrangements to get the repair done the next day. She was so kind and helpful and really went the extra mile to get the schedule moved up. It's so nice to know there are still decent human beings out there who are willing to put in the extra effort when it counts. Thank you McKaylee and 1-800 Plumber. This means the world to my family."See more
