- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and competitive. Most importantly, we like to give our customers options whenever possible, so the customer can make the decision based on their individual needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for new customers is the same as with long time customers. Every customer is appreciated and is treated as such. I believe that being a great service provider, is equally as important as being a great plumber. I treat everyone's home with respect, and I take the time to listen to my customer's needs. I like to educate my customer's and explain things thoroughly so they can make the decision that is best for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended trade school for Plumbing. I am a licensed Journeyman Plumber and Gasfitter, as well as a Licensed, Bonded, and Insured Contractor.
