Poor experience with communication. Weeks of communicating through thumbtack and then they just disappeared after asking for pictures and product info of utility sink I wanted installed. If to busy, state so. If you don’t want to use the app, get off it.

Steve is a pleasant person. I hired him to install a new kitchen faucet of which he did perform. I then hired him to come back the following week to snake a bath tub and fix an overflow/drainage problem with a bathroom sink. I showed him the bathroom work that was needed ahead of time and he had the opportunity to decline the work based on expertise or experience. The kitchen faucet he installed leaks (and didn’t leak with the prior old faucet). He came back out to look at the leak and couldn’t diagnose or fix. He didn’t have the proper tools to perform the bathtub snake and he didn’t know what he was doing relative to the sink drainage issue so I have a situation that has been temporarily patched vs. resolved. I think Steve is fine for basic and mundane handyman tasks. I would not hire him again for anything complex or involving critical thinking to resolve.

Quick to respond to my initial project request. Upfront about costs and expectations. When I forgot to give him my address so that he could actually come out for the job, he graciously rescheduled. On the job was quick and Efficient with a kitchen sink faucet install, and did the best he could with a tub spout repair. He recommended however that I replace the tub spout soon and I’ll likely go to him when I do so.

Wow! I contacted 1st Proservice LLC with my request and almost immediately received a response. Within 24 hours we got a quote, set up the appointment and the work was expertly done. Very prompt, professional and capable. We thought we could install our own bathroom vanity and sink but kept running into problems. They solved everything, even the problems we probably caused ourselves.
We would hire this company again and can highly recommend without reservation!

Do not hire for plumbing. The were hired to install a drain, faucet, and garbage disposal. They really didn't understand how they 3 items worked together, it was not clear they were even licensed for plumbing, they quoted me 30 minutes for the job, and it took 6 hours and 2 visits. One of the original pieces of equipment they tried to install, they stripped the thread, so I had to replace it. Worse, after they left, the disposal never seemed to work, my drain got stopped up, and I had barely used it! (I live 4 days a week outside my home). So one day I stuck my hand down the drain to see what was going on, and I realized they left supplies IN my sink! It could have destroyed my garbage disposal! In any case, it's definitely shortened it's life. Very sloppy. See attached photo.
All of my previous comments stand, regardless of when I made them. In June, after the job was completed, I DID contact 1st Pro Service previously the faucet they just installed. It was constantly leaking. They dismissed me and told me they were not responsible for it. That's it. No trouble shooting, no stop-by visit, etc. So I was not inclined to contact them again. But when I found the parts in my drain this week, I felt compelled to write. It was too egregious to ignore.
