We chose Vik Home Service to remove & replace 3 toilets. I purchased the units from Lowe's and then when Vik arrived they went to work and first thing the first unit was brokenin the box. This was my mistake because the box had been opened and returned i did't know. I returned to Lowe's and got another and it also turned out to have been opened and was broken. I went back to Lowe's and finally got a unit that I was assured was new. Long story but thanks to Vik we finally had them installed. I highly reccommed Vik Home Service, the did an exceptional job and cleaned up after.
