In the bathrooms, he removed linoleum, doing custom tile and grout, patched and finished holes around light fixtures and did trim work. He replaced toilets and leveled them in both bathrooms.
KIER also helped do shelving for my walk-in pantry and son's room for his lego collection. Hello organization!
Lastly he took the plastic utility sink in laundry room and helped design/create a custom basin for dog wash, kid wash, dirty messes to keep my home clean - which was built in and seamless in design. Love it!
Kevin was easy to communicate with. He offered different views that made more sense for the space and completed what I needed done in a timely manner. When things weren't "perfect" he was patient and reworked things to appease my OCD. Thank you for everything! Great handy man and project manager for all my home repair needs.
