- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we visit a property to give an estimate, things we take into consideration to keep our prices competitive: Do you want to keep the wood rounds or have them hauled away? (approx. 14"-16" rounds) Proximity to structures or home ( e.g., do branches need to be rigged?) Size of trees/shrubs/stump etc. Stump Grind is based on size of diameter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as we receive a quote request from a customer, we call and schedule a FREE estimate. We visit the address provided and have a walk through of the work they'd like done (typically takes about 15minutes). We have the quote emailed the same day we visit the property. Our climber does the estimates to ensure you get exactly what you're asking for. Once the customer decides they'd like to move forward with us, we send our business information such as license, insurance & bond for their peace of mind. We proceed to scheduling (usually within 1-2 weeks) and go over our ETA and duration of the project.

We work with all types of customers; Home/property owners, landlords, businesses, real estate investors etc.
