Northwest landscaping did a beautiful job taming all the overgrown shrubbery in my backyard. It was severely needed. I joked that the bushes were threatening to “eat people“. He also helped me remove a rotted trellis and get it into the driveway for the junk hauler to pick up on Monday. Mateo knows his plants. He knows how to prune things into shapes that are consistent with the plants natural shapes. Some things he does with a big heavy duty, pruner others by hand. I appreciate this. The only con is that he tends to run late and though I’m not crazy about that I would still hire him again because his workmanship is excellent

I recently hired Mateo from Northwest Landscaping to clear an entire hillside on my property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Mateo and crew did an excellent job of trimming and rounding two 20ft ash trees. The cost was very reasonable. Every step of this project, from response time to my request, for an estimate, the thorough assessment, punctuality, professionalism, honesty and the ease to work with were stellar!
