HVAC installation with replacement of all Air Ducts. The total installation took two days. JDM technicians kept us informed as to what they expected to accomplish each day. In the beginning JDM was most helpful in assisting us determining the correct size HVAC for our home. JDM's workmanship is of the highest caliber with their installation charge very reasonable, beating out most of the local larger HVAC companies. We can highly recommend JDM. My only regret is the lack of photos to post, I apologize for that.

Absolutely great experience and customer service from Antworn Hurt and staff today. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the issues I was experiencing within my furnace and HVAC unit. He also did some thorough preventative maintenance that was desperately needed. Explained the logic and reasoning of it, and also knew what would be needed in the future to avoid further issues or concerns. Pricing was reasonable and good too. Jeff and and his crew did a solid job installing a new HVAC system in a 2 story house on a slab which required quite a creativity. Jeff had the best plan how to do the job with minimal exposed duct work. Quality of work is 5 star but rated 4 star as it took more than a month at the end to pass final inspection. Communication and logistics around final inspections should have been better at the end. Aside from that, good quality product and duct work. Thanks!

Our barely four year old heat pump stopped working during the heatwave. I made a request from Climate Mechanical to investigate the problem and got a response back within the hour.
I was given an appointment the same day. The technician arrived on time, listened as I described the problem and went right to work. A repair was made and now the air conditioning is operational again. Got a few cards to share with my neighbors and will absolutely call them again if I have a problem with my HVAC.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Hurt Heating and Air LLC. Technician Antrown came to our home because our house wasn’t holding temperature. He briefly spoke with my partner but did not inspect any part of our HVAC system—no tools were used, and there was no diagnostic work performed on either the indoor or outdoor units.
Despite this, Antrown wrote the following on our receipt: “Arrived to customer house due to house not holding temperature. Everything is fine with system. Found that customer will need to have insulation installed in attic.”
This conclusion was made without any kind of actual inspection. In reality, everything was not fine—the system wasn’t cooling properly because the breaker had tripped, and the outdoor condenser fan wasn’t running due to lack of power. This would have been immediately obvious if Antrown had even looked at the outdoor unit.
I paid $100 for a visit that resulted in no inspection, no diagnosis, and no resolution. I feel taken advantage of and believe I am owed a refund. I highly do not recommend Hurt Heating and Air LLC. Save your time and money—go with a provider that actually inspects your system before handing you a bill.
