Good experience / Pretty Happy. Quick response on initial contact. I interfaced with 6 or 7 people from the Company from start to finish. All of the workers / guys were on time, (2 day job) courteous, thorough, and cleaned up after the job both days. The job was more involved than I thought, so I felt better about laying out the money after I saw all of the work involved replacing an entire HVAC system.

This is my second HVAC install, and they were twice as quick as the last guys (different house, in different state.) AHR's crew were friendly, time efficient, and the finished product looked clean and everything I expected. Also, best price in town! Not sure how the other guys stay in business with Carlos out there hustling! Seriously though, $2K-$3K less than other people. He gets 5 stars, plus my recommendation to anyone that hast to ask outside of this app.

Contacted MVM Home Service on Thursday, July 11, 2024. They responded immediately to set up an appointment for Saturday July 13, 2024. Mauricio was responsive, professional, and most importantly honest; which is an extremely rare trait these days. He cares about providing a high level of service and takes pride in his work and company. I sincerely hope Mauricio can continue to provide good quality service for a fair and reasonable price and not get sucked into the dark side and become a greedy blood sucking leech like most other large HVAC companies.

I can’t say enough good things about Syed and Mast Services! From the moment I reached out, they were responsive, professional, and accommodating. Syed was able to come out the very next day, working around my tenant’s schedule, which I truly appreciated.
He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the AC up and running again for a very reasonable price—no unnecessary upsells, just honest and skilled work. His communication was excellent, and he made the entire process seamless.
It’s rare to find a technician who is not only highly competent but also genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I will absolutely be calling Mast Services again for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

I hired this company to do 3 things: 1) whole house duct cleaning, 2) clean interior HVAC system (organic growth) and, 3) install a dual UV light system to prevent said organic growth in the future. All 3 services are advertised on their website as services they provide.
I would definitely hire this company again to clean my ducts and the interior of my HVAC system, if needed. They were on point with these two services - I have absolutely no complaints or reservations.
Regarding the UV light installation, I would hesitate before hiring them to install them at another property. Because of the UV light installation, this service took 3 visits to my home instead of everything being done in 1 day; as I was told it would be. I feel they have not done too many of these installations and from my perspective, he seemed to be figuring-it-out as he went along. For example, the day 2 visit to my home was only to measure for a “custom” box which was needed to install the UV light due to the unusual size of my system. But, I don’t understand why they did not take measurements on day 1 when he realized that said custom box was needed?? Also, not that appearance matters because the unit is inside a closet, but the end result has lots of aluminum tape on the custom box and throughout my 10 year old system to seal-in leaking UV light. It just looks like a makeshift project not a professionally completed installation. With that being said, this is my first UV light installation and I have nothing to compare it to… maybe it’s supposed to look like that?? But, I do know that a team more experienced in installing UV lights would have taken measurements for a custom box on the first day.
Those are my only two issues with the service and I feel that only a 1 star deduction is fair.
Roberto (and his team member) was always very kind, professional around my family and accommodating as I need weekend or evening hours, he was always able to comply. They also cleaned up after themselves very well.

Kelvin Appliances and HVAC Service repair was absolutely fantastic, I can’t recommend them enough. Although it would only allow me to select three of the above choices the company was also responsive and professional.
My outdoor condenser unit/ air conditioning unit stopped working and Kelvin Appliances was one of three companies I had called.
The first one indicated my machine was too old to repair, so I had to replace it (est. $7,000). The second one indicated it could be repaired and ordered the parts (fan /motor), but then indicated it couldn’t be repaired because the fan / motor were fused and couldn’t be separated.
Kelvin Appliances was able to separate the fan/ motor in his shop so he could replace the parts and repair my unit. Kelvin Appliance service call fee was only $40 which he applied to the bill. Although I had to pay a service call fee for the other two companies ($60 and $75), it was definitely worth it ($875 + the other two service fees versus replacing unit at $7,000).
