My heater stopped working on December 23rd, and Emad was available early the next morning on Christmas Eve to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately, the entire unit needed replacement due to a cracked heat exchanger. Emad was highly responsive, making himself available on weekends to address various issues until the unit was fully replaced. He did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend his services.

Emad responded to my request within a minute. When I told him I would like the heater looked at right away, he drove all the way from his home (an hour away) at 6 pm to help me. He diagnosed the problem right away and showed me how I still can generate some heat till the broken part is replaced. Thanks to him, I have peace of mind and some heat till he gets the new part.
