I needed an estimate to replace four risers on my condenser unit. Each riser costs approximately $5 each. I received three different estimates for such. When I contacted this company as my fourth estimate, I was appalled that they gave me an estimate that was double what everyone else provided me (i.e. $700). I understand overhead cost, labor, commute, administration fees, etc. but $700 to replace four $5 parts? Ridiculous. Who in their right minds has that type of money nowadays? If they charge this much for such a small project, I can imagine what it would cost me for a larger endeavor.

The whole experience with Advanced Environment Solutions was pleasant from scheduling to install. They worked with my schedule and made sure I understood the whole process. We offer pricing before completing any repairs after a diagnostic
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out to us we then get all of their information, schedule the service with the customer as much to their convenience as we can. We also contact the customer normally about 1/2 an hour before our arrival.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do monthly in house training and we have all of our techs educated with factory training
