- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer pricing before completing any repairs after a diagnostic
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out to us we then get all of their information, schedule the service with the customer as much to their convenience as we can. We also contact the customer normally about 1/2 an hour before our arrival.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do monthly in house training and we have all of our techs educated with factory training
