We contracted with JV home improvement to replace our wooden stair balusters with cast aluminum for a more updated look. Our staircase is a focal point in our home, and there were 122 which needed to be replaced, so the job had to be done to our satisfaction. Jose was very knowledgeable and discussed the project in detail. He and his staff were punctual, courteous, and respectful in our home. Most importantly, they are meticulous! Each baluster had to be measured and individually cut making sure the patters (alternating patters) were center and in-line with the next one. In addition, we have small children and the project had to be completed in a way that was safe for our children and the end result being sturdy. We got just that! The crew was excellent at prepping and clean-up each day - something we have had issues with in the past. We are thrilled with how our project looks.
