Would definitely hire Bill again!!! He did an excellent job, even with some unexpected twists the came up during the work. He was also super communicative and really listened to what we wanted, which was great because the project had some quirks to be dealt with. What was also really important for us was that he did the work start to finish. We'd had previous experiences with Home Depot or other private companies where the person who does the estimate is really friendly and knowledgeable, but then you never see them again and the people who actually do the work didn't get told any of the details and don't have the same quality standards - this was not the case here!!! Stellar work and service all the way through. We're VERY happy with the new stairs and rails. And the price was competitive. So glad we did it with this company!!!
