Patrick H. says, "Mariano was recommended to me by a friend, a professional homebuilder who hired him to do all his tile work when building his own new home a few years ago. He said that Mariano did the best work around. I hired Mariano three years ago to do all the tile work for our master bath (floor, shower and walls) – and the results were just as my friend said – outstanding. And last October, I asked Mariano and his company, 4 Way Construction, if they would be able to take on complete renovation for the main bath. This was an A-Z job, which included complete demolition, installation of 3 different tiling, brand new fixtures (tubs, bathtub, glass shower unit, toilet, vanity, lights, mirrors and additional fixtures), painting, plumbing, electric, etc. I was beyond impressed with his craftsmanship and professionalism. Mariano is truly one of the hardest working guys I know. He finished the entire job in less than two weeks. Each day he arrived exactly when he said he would (usually by 8:30 am!) and stayed until the evening. He prepped the work area so well (covered the entire area – including the floors - with plastic, tarps) and at the end of each day, he vacuumed and cleaned the external area with such incredible care.
My wife, who works from home, said that he was so polite and conscientious, trying to be as least disruptive as possible. A construction job is noisy, but he was so thoughtful about staying as inconspicuous as possible for her.
Marino and his team of experts were sure to consult us to make sure our vision was followed. They even offered suggestions when what we “thought” we wanted differed from more traditional outlays. For example, the accent tile we thought we wanted to be lower, but Mariano showed what that might look like – versus what was perhaps more standard. He turned out to be spot on and helped us avoid a mistake we would have regretted later.
4 Way Construction provided us with a quote that was far less than anyone around. Particularly considering their craftsmanship, professionalism and integrity – I cannot recommend them highly enough.
