- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to determine the size of your project, measure spaces, timelines, etc. After that, we will provide a scope of work and estimate. Once we have a price agreement, then your designer will draft CAD rendering of your space with the actual measurements. 3D rendered images will give you a realistic visualization of your would be new space which is exciting. After that we will update the scope of work with any changes you requested, and move on to signing the contract. Once the contact is signed, then we move on to logistics of ordering cabinets, fixtures, materials, etc. We will have a checklist of items before scheduling the start date. Once your project starts, then we manage it on a daily and weekly basis and will update you of any changes that may occur with schedule due to weather, inspections, etc. We usually finish all our projects on time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an engineer by trade who moved on to interior design and the remodeling industry about 6 years ago. I worked for several well known design-build firms as a designer and project manager, then senior designer, before founding Avenir Kitchen and Bath.
