We had Total Renovating remodel our primary bathroom, and relocate the laundry room to the second floor. The end result was beautiful, and we are very happy with the result. The team took our design and made it come to life. Tyron was very responsive and quick to address anything that came up. The team was professional and respectful of our home and our time. Quote and materials selection process was great! We added some items we sourced ourselves, and the change order process was smooth as well. All in all they did a great job and we were very happy

Awesome experience with Total Renovating, LLC.

Knowledgeable, responsive, considerate, patient, went above and beyond, informative, a true professional and fair. These are all qualities that were consistently adhered to when working with Russell and his team at Total Renovating, LLC.

Having never gone through a home renovation process, we were a little bit skeptical as to which company we wanted to hire to undertake the task of transforming a two-story living room area in our home into a space which converted the upper portion into an additional bedroom. After an extensive search, we found Total Renovating , LLC and its owner, Russell. From day one, which was actually a few months before we hired him and his team, Russell was extremely pleasant to work with. I called and informed him of the task we were wanting to have completed, as well as the fact that we were new to this experience. He was very patient in explaining the entire process from start to finish. Once we had a signed contract between ourselves and Total Renovating, LLC, Russell took it from there. Whether it was obtaining architectural drawing designs, permits from the county, or the construction and clean up of the project, Russell and his team took care of every step along the way.

Unlike some other companies that may be dismissive of your project if they feel that it won’t make them enough money, or are dismissive of your task altogether, Russell and his team were a complete joy and relief to work with. They are very punctual, as they show up on time, every time. And I mean EVERY TIME. Additionally, his crew made sure to do an excellent job cleaning up after each day of work. This was truly appreciated as we have a young child and a dog living in the house as it was being remodeled. In this market and with inflation being what it is, we all know that some companies may try to stiff their customers by engaging in price gouging here and there. That was not at all the case with Total Renovating, LLC. The price that they quoted us and signed for was what was adhered to. If anything came up in the project where a particular aspect needed to be changed or corrected based off of the initial assessment, Russell always made sure to reach out to us immediately to explain the reason as to why, as well as obtain permission to proceed. That particular point was extremely reassuring, whereas some other companies may just add extra work to your project without notifying you and then hit you with an inflated bill at the end. At no point in time did Russell ever try to oversell me on any aspect of the project, nor did he brush aside any issue that other companies may feel to be trivial. If we had a question or a concern, Russell had an answer or a solution.

Russell and his team were able to take a vision that we had in our heads for our open space, and literally turn it into a reality. Additionally, we were able to add in some recessed lighting and ceiling fans along the way. The attention to detail that his crew invested into our project was above and beyond even our own expectations. It truly feels like we are living in a new house. If you have a task or project that you’re thinking about having done with your home, we HIGHLY recommend that you chose to hire Russell and his team with Total Renovating, LLC. We guarantee that you will not be disappointed. We also guarantee that you will love the end result.

We use fair market pricing and offer discounts when available. By providing a detailed proposal, our pricing/proposals are extremely accurate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Site visit for first consultation and measurements. 2.Compose and deliver detailed proposal. 3.Meet at showroom to review drawing and finishing materials included in proposal. 4. Sign contract and schedule start date. 5. 3D design composition and finalization as needed. 6. Start and complete project. 7. Certificate of completion and another happy client!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience in construction and remodeling. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Management Concentration. By caring an aptitude to render 2 and 3 dimensional drawings, we can achieve perspectives with excellence.
