I needed my piano moved from my house into a moving pod in the driveway. Lewis Piano Movers were an excellent value vs. regular movers to handle this job. They had the equipment, the expertise, and the muscle to safely and quickly move it from my hardwood floor with no damage, out the back door and down a slight slope in my yard. They make a difficult job look easy, but that's because they are pros at what they do. I would highly recommend them for any type piano move.

Incredible customer service! I contacted Robert at 9:00 A.M on a Saturday and he immediately scheduled a same-day appointment to move a piano, and offered the best price of four quotes that I received. The piano was picked up at the seller's house that same afternoon and expertly moved to my home. By 3:00 the entire move was completed and my son was practicing his piano lessons. Robert and Thomas were very professional and very careful in handling the piano. My experience with Ground Force One Services was truly exceptional!

These guys are TOP NOTCH. Best value for the money in that they were able to accommodate moving a piano to me from my Father-In-Law and then move my old piano to a neighbor. My schedule, my sister's schedule and my son's schedule were a little crazy but Lewis Piano Movers hung in with us until we could get a time that worked for everyone. They were punctual on both ends, did a great job of moving the piano around a bend in the stairs and up to the second floor of my son's house and were both pleasant and very professional. Lewis Piano Movers moved my Boston with no hiccups. In the past, I have had 1 piano dropped, and this one scratched badly. Lewis Piano Movers were able to accommodate the short notice. They also stood by their quote. I sent pictures and was upfront about all the steps, and they acknowledged the price and it was final. I was thrilled with the professionalism and the move itself. The men worked very hard, and took EVERY precaution to ensure nothing, not even the concrete steps, got damaged! The movers were on time, very professional, and exceedingly careful with my piano. They took their time and made sure to do the job right. They made sure everything they moved was put back just as they found it as well. Would hire them again.

Pro: They appeared to take good care with my piano and it arrived at the destination in good condition. They appeared to know exactly what they were doing with moving a piano. Cons: They showed up late. Communication was poor. They never delivered the wheel protectors that they took with my piano to the destination and instead set the piano (with metal wheels) directly on my friends' brand new floor. They had no official paperwork for me to keep. They had a worksheet with a quote handwritten on it for $40 more than I was quoted by the owner. They waited until pickup to inform me that they only accept cash or check. I think the pro and cons balance out to an average rating.

The movers were efficient, and did their job well. My piano was moved without a hitch. My only complaint is that they were over an hour late for the end of the window they gave us, and did not call to let us know they were running late--after waiting around for two hours, I had to call them to find out what was going on. I don't mind that they were late--things happen--only that they were not proactive in letting us know about the delay.
