- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are true to our quote. No hidden fees or extra charges. We 99% of the time get enough details in advance to offer our customers the right price from the initial inquiry.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with great communication. We like to get the details right. Help each customer to fully understand the cost, time, labor, and materials that go into their service. Once onsite, go over the details again so that everyone understands the needs of the customer. Then we pride ourselves on getting the job done on-time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer in house training as well as in the field training to all of our team members. We offer several different tasks, and are dedicated to making sure our members can surpass all expectations.
