We have used this moving company two times, and they have exceeded our expectations both times. They are on time, very friendly and pleasant, honest, responsible and care for the safety and condition of the stuff they are moving. When they moved my piano from the previous owners house in Silver Spring to mine, they made sure that the piano was so meticulously wrapped and safe from being scratched, or bumped by other objects or the walls, and safe from temperature conditions in its destined place. We used them very recently to move two pieces of huge new armchairs from the warehouse in Manassas, VA., haul away the two old chairs, and move two old pieces of arm chairs from our second floor bedroom. We did not nave to worry that the walls of the stairway will be touched or scratched. They have provided us very reasonable and fair costs, carefully calculating the costs depending on the location of the furniture and how the furniture will be moved. I did not expect for them to offer a better cost estimate for us by piggybacking on another pickup/delivery in the same area. I found that very admirable. When they move furniture or any stuff, I observed them to care and make sure that the furniture will not be damaged, and floors or walls where they will move about will not be scratched. I am very impressed with WHAT and have no problems recommending this company to anyone. I give them MORE THAN FIVE STARS

We had a great experience with WHAT - We Have A Truck. We had some trash to be disposed off. WHAT was very courteous and professional in their services! Highly recommend for all your moving or trash disposal activities!

These guys are amazing and can do anything! They have done a move for me, transported supplies for my wedding, and helped with several odd jobs removing or moving furniture. Super reliable, friendly and fantastic to work with. Also very careful. Cannot recommend enough!

Truly excellent service all around.Theo bent over backwards to get a crew to my house late in the day at the last minute. Eric and his guys stayed late to get the job done.Then Luis and Ray Ray completed the move making two extra stops to drop and pickup extra furniture and then assembled bed frames for me that I had ordered. I was not expecting them to assemble the bed frames and was very grateful for that. Everyone was efficient and pleasant. Very impressive company.

We had David and his crew Jethro, Trent and Richard remove our old hot tub and place our new hot tub in today and they did a fantastic job! I was so worried because it was not an easy delivery with lots of obstacles and the spas weighed more than 900 pounds each. They were polite, worked carefully around our garden, and we are extremely respectful and did a thorough job. We would highly recommend WHAT any day! Thank you for going above and beyond!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a range of pricing based on your specific job. Some examples are: House Move (2 movers + Box Truck): $145 arrival charge + $145 an hr. Removal (2-seater couch 0-20 min. from our warehouse): $115 Removal (Large dresser 50min-100 min from our warehouse): $170
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step would be to introduce ourselves and communicate with the customer on how we can provide service for them. This is typically a phone call, text or email to get some base information. Then we will go into details about every aspect of what they need. We will then discuss logistics of the job, scheduling day / time and give an estimated price quote. Once price is agreed upon we will add you to our schedule and then day of the job we will contact you once we are headed your way!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have gone through a meticulous training period before they are hired to ensure they are all properly prepared to work safely and quickly. Our employees are also trained on driving safety while operating our larger trucks and trailers.
