Scott Duvall came to my house to give me an estimate on installing a French door that I had previously purchased. I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty and ended up hiring him to not only install my French door, but to build a 16'x16' deck outside off of the French door (approximately 4' off the ground).
Scott was critical of the product that he purchased for my deck and even sent back product that was delivered that was sub-standard. I appreciated his attention to detail and for explaining everything to me as we went through the process. He made sure that I was happy every step of the way. I have a terrific deck that is top quality! And, my French door is amazing!
