- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give high value to the artistic side of this type of work. I also charge a reasonable price for the current market and the customers' needs. ***When customers ask me to include materials for the job, I do charge for each trip needed, not only because of the constantly increasing gas price, but also because of the scarcity in materials in the market***
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We tackle the project expectations, possible hiccups along the way, follow guidelines from customers and recommend what's best according to my experience
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned about sculpting, writing, designing, coloring, creating, crafting, solving, and combining different materials and shapes since I was 12 from artists, teachers, and builders. I have incorporated these into my own work for a distinct and signature style.
