There were typically two or more people working full days for the entire project timeline, which was about 5 weeks. They also permitted the project and handled all of the paperwork and scheduling with the city. We are very happy with the final outcome! That's not to say there weren't hiccups and miscommunications along the way - that's to be expected in any major reno project. The reason TroyDB gets 5 stars from us is because they handled issues professionally and worked until all details in the project were correct - including one last concern that came up after the project was completed and paid."See more

Mike and his team have been SO easy to work with, we are so happy with our basement finish. For some background: We had started our basement with another contractor who was less than honest with us. I had stayed in contact with Mike as he at the time was my second choice. He was VERY responsive during all of our frustrations with the first contractor. We finally put together an agreement with Mike in December 2020 and our final inspection with the city just passed. His team worked through holiday weeks and even showed up on weekends to get the project done. Everyone on his team was super polite and very accomodating. I am really happy to know there are honest contractors like Mike working in our state,
